In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Innovate Memphis worked with community organizations to develop a data index that identified neighborhoods most vulnerable to socioeconomic risks such as job loss or housing insecurity. The resulting work products include an interactive map of Shelby County, a key findings summary and open-source methodology that other communities can replicate.
