Request for Proposals: Civic Data Infrastructure Project

Innovate Memphis is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to help manage the development of a civic data infrastructure plan.

The contractor will assist Innovate Memphis staff in gathering information and writing a data infrastructure plan that outlines data reporting requirements, data source access needs, technology, and capacity needs, data governance processes, and corresponding budget.
