In summer 2025, Innovate Memphis’ Data Midsouth team finished renovations on the Memphis Property Hub! The Property Hub is an interactive, map-based tool that centralizes property and neighborhood data for all of Shelby County (no GIS or coding skills required). Users can:

Explore vacancy, sales, evictions, and more for individual properties or by Census tract, zip code, City Council or County Commission district

Filter property data instantly by owner type, land use category, year built, vacancy status, permit and activity, and even by drawing your own custom boundaries

View individual parcel profiles for ownership details, tax assessment & appraisal values, 311 requests, permits, and more

For the best experience, we recommend exploring the Property Hub on a desktop or tablet instead of a mobile device.

Getting Started

Access to the Property Hub is free but requires an account to login. Note that access is limited to those using the data for community development, research, advocacy, or public service purposes and is not for private enterprise.
