Important update for Memphis Property Hub users

On behalf of Innovate Memphis, we have an important and exciting update for all Memphis Property Hub users! Our Memphis Property Hub will transition to a new platform (Felt) in Q1 of 2025. This upgrade brings a range of benefits, including:

1) Faster load times for smoother navigation, even with large datasets.

2) A more intuitive user experience: Easily explore data with streamlined layouts and user-friendly filters.

3) Enhanced and flexible visualizations: Visualize data across time series, histograms, key statistics, and more. 

4) Spatial Filters: Draw custom shapes (like circles or polygons) directly on the map and instantly filter data to gain insights about specific areas of interest.

5) Data export functionality: Users will soon be able to download raw datasets (where available and permitted) through the Memphis Property Hub’s new sister site, Data Midsouth.

While Felt brings exciting improvements to the Property Hub, it will not include:

1) Data collection through surveys

2) The ability to upload your own data*: You can filter maps and interact with spatial data, but creating custom maps using Innovate Memphis data in Felt is a feature available to paid members only.  If you’re interested in this capability, we would be happy to discuss details of a paid partnership. Action Required Before December 27, 2024

Our current tech platform contract will end on December 27, 2024. To ensure you don’t lose any datasets or projects, please download and save them before this date.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible while enhancing your ability to answer property- and trend-level questions. We’d love to hear your feedback on how we can better serve you during this transition.
