Fire department’s Right Response program saves time, lives

Innovate Memphis worked with the Memphis Fire Department to develop the Right Response program, which provides non-emergency callers with appropriate care while ensuring our ambulances are free for true emergencies.

It’s a collaborative with local healthcare organizations, area hospitals, nonprofit organizations and philanthropists to ensure residents who don’t have access to health care receive the right response for their emergencies.
