As a complement to the Memphis 3.0 comprehensive plan, Innovate Memphis led community engagement and design of Transit Vision 3.0. Based on extensive community feedback, peer city comparisons and financial analysis, Transit Vision serves as a blueprint for how to improve frequency and reliability of MATA public transit services, particularly fixed route bus and on-demand options.
