Innovate Memphis uses different measurement techniques to tell the story of civic needs, programs and solutions with emphasis on community members’ experiences. As part of the collaborative Reimagining the Civic Commons program, we use existing data sources as well as on-site observation and survey tools to measure Memphians’ experiences with local parks and other public spaces and how these results have changed over time.
