This report serves as an example of Innovate Memphis’ stakeholder research and organizational assessment services that can support other local nonprofits. In collaboration with The Democracy Collaborative, our team reviewed program activities, conducted stakeholder interviews and facilitated work sessions with Memphis Medical District Collaborative (MMDC) staff and board members to assess MMDC’s first two years of operation. Key findings include factors that made the launch of MMDC successful and how to continue momentum on their strategic role in future years.
