Armed with data, partners find a new strategy to tackle blighted properties

Innovate Memphis is working closely with partners including CAESER, Clean Memphis and Neighborhood Preservation Inc. to provide numerous metrics that better indicate what’s going on at a neighborhood level. With multiple sources forming a more comprehensive picture, we can not only track existing blight, but assess properties that are likely to be vacant or blighted in the future.
